The Problem..

One of the problems I have in life is that I get distracted. Perhaps it is a good quality. I don't really know. You would have to ask my family. I have been distracted lately with Christmas, my camera not uploading and reading. I love, love, love to read. When I am reading a good book. I will forgo everything including sleep to finish. The no sleep thing is passed down from my grandmother, mother, and aunt. We all do it. Peter thinks it is odd since he reads for about five minutes then goes to sleep. I just finished A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. My friend Andrea loaned it to me and I loved it. Andrea by the way had a beautiful baby girl on Christmas Eve, Anneli K , Annie. I got to go and stay with big brother Jack at 3:30 a.m. when Andrea headed to the hospital. It was super exciting and one of the main reasons we stayed in St. Louis for Christmas this year. I am so glad we were here for Annie's appearance.

So, all has been well here for the holidays. We have been just hanging out. Peter and I did some painting of our hallway last night. We have been eating and eating and eating. Today's distraction is a doctor's appointment for each kid. They both seem to have colds and earaches. After six plus years of being a mommy. I just book both kids and have them checked. Otherwise, you will be going the next day for the kid not checked by the doctor. Okay, enough of this distraction. I am off to feed the short ones. They can eat a lot.
