Grayson was invited to go to the circus with a friend so Lillian was looking for something special to do. Peter and I decided it would be fun to surprise her with a date to the Moonrise Hotel. They have a rooftop deck that services appetizers and beverages. Lillian was SO excited to go and looked so very grown-up for the adventure. She had her first Shirley Temple and voted on the best appetizer. We watched a storm roll in and decided we better get home because we had walked. As we were walking through the parking lot our written receipt with tip blew off the roof. We could not believe that it was ours, we happened to see it and happened to pick it up. Funny! We dropped it back off and RAN home making it just before the rain storm it. It was a really sweet date with our Lillian. Click the picture to see more.
