Snow Day!

Can you believe that it is April 14th and we are watching for snow? It looks very dark and gloomy outside. Lillian is hoping for enough to build a snowman and have a snowball fight. I don't think that much is predicted. I think it will mostly be rain with some snow mixed in. We are going to a friend's birthday around lunch time. Her mother planned a whole spring party for her. It looks to be inside, but at least we will get a taste of spring, today.

In other news, two of our long time friends welcomed babies in the last ten days. Todd and Sarah welcomed a second little girl, Laine. Matthew and Genna welcomed a little boy, Noah. We are excited about both babies and a little sorry we don't live closer. Click on the Pearsons link on the left and see pictures of tiny Noah. He weighed 5.5 lbs. We don't know anything about babies that small at our house.

In the few hours of semi-warm weather, we are working on a patio in our front yard. We hope to finish it in the next few days. St. Louis folks, stop by and hang out. I'll post pictures when it stops snowing. Happy Saturday!
