Beautiful Day!

Yesterday, we got up early as usual and Peter was off to work. About 7:15 a.m. Lillian, Grayson and I set off for our weekly walk to the farmer's market in the loop for veggies and fruit. We stepped out of the door to a cool morning. Lillian said, "What a beautiful day!" We enjoyed our walk and our shopping. We stopped for a coffee and a chocolate milk on the way back. We saw several of our neighbors and our pastor as we walked. We ate bagels on our front steps and enjoyed the morning. After naps, Peter arrived home and we walked to Forest Park for the Balloon Races. Susan's family and a neighbor joined us for a picnic in the park. We had a wonderful time playing and watching the balloons. After the kids were in bed some neighbors came over to hang out. It is easy to fantisize about a house with a driveway, but we live in the perfect location. It was a beautiful day!!
