Rock and Roll Half Marathon

Gonna do the Rock and Roll Half Marathon all through the South part of St. Louis city in the morning. I think it will be a scenic run. I'm looking forward to it and have hopes to beat my previous times. Several of my friends will also be running. Race day is always so fun. I love watching all these people do more than they think they can do. So, come out and cheer us on or give a wave if you in the area. I'll let you know how it goes.
