Christmas

It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here. We had a great Thanksgiving. We celebrated with my friend Lisa and her family. We got to try some new things and brought sweet potato casserole. It snowed a little right after lunch and the kids were all thrilled. It was a really fun day! The Saturday after Thanksgiving we went and cut down our Christmas tree. We have been going to this place on and off for the last 11 years. The first year we were married we went to this tree farm and a white dove landed on a tree right in front of us. We took at as a sign and made it ours. Cutting down our Christmas tree Thanksgiving weekend remains one of my favorite traditions. We had great time this year and the children were really into the whole process. The house is really beautiful and decorated!
