Snowy Day!

I was really hoping school would be cancelled, today, so we could stay in all warm by the fire. There is about a half inch of snow on the ground and more to come during the day, but it is COLD. I heard it feels like 8 degrees. I keep asking the Lord to call me somewhere tropical. I'll go I say, but he has not. We took Lillian to school. Grayson and I decided to stop for a latte and chocolate milk. We were sitting and looking at the snow...

G: Mama, are you having a pina co-latte?

This kid gets me. I looked at the lady at the table next to me and said, "Did you hear that?" She nodded and we both started laughing.

We then braved it to the store for supplies and I will spend the rest of the day sewing, making cookies and wrapping presents. Sounds like fun! It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas and Lillian has her school Christmas concert, tonight. I am looking forward to it.

You should sell that name to Starbucks - I am surprised they don't have a summer drink by that name.
