School?

Somehow the summer has flown by and there are only three weeks until Lillian starts JK. She is very excited about school and seeing her friends. She got a booster seat, today and is putting her own seat belt on. Plans for the 5th year old pirate party are in full swing. She is growing up and while I am sad she will be gone to school, I think it will be okay for her to use up some of her words there. G and I do okay with a little more silence. I will no doubt be eating those words in three weeks.

We have had our friends, the Pearsons, visiting for the better part of the last two weeks. Genna has also taken up sewing. We had loads of fun with the two families. We had eight people in our house. As you can imagine, it was a wonderful state of chaos. So, Genna has started me on a quilt for Lillian and I am off to sew. I'll keep you posted on the progress.
